Who processes your data

Snackflow, registered at Kortrijkseweg 204, 8791 Waregem, company number BE 1014.687.207, is responsible for processing your personal data through this website.

What we collect

Through the contact form:

• Your name and email address — needed to reply
• Your phone number and business name, if you provide them
• The content of your message
• Your IP address and browser details, to prevent form abuse

If you sign up for the newsletter

We store your email address, your language and the moment you confirmed. Your subscription only counts after you click the confirmation link in the email — that way we know it was really you.

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click is enough; you do not need to ask us.

Why we process it

To answer your question and, if it leads to working together, to follow it up. This is based on your consent when submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in following up on enquiries.

We do not use your data to send you unsolicited advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for a maximum of two years. If you become a client, we keep your data for as long as we work together and seven years after that, because accounting law requires it.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider and our email provider, because your message passes through their systems. They may only use your data to provide that service. Beyond that, nothing is shared, unless the law obliges us to.

Cookies

Necessary cookies are always set: they secure the contact form and remember your language. We do not need permission for those, because the site does not work without them.

For statistics and advertising we do ask. As long as you have not chosen, or you decline, no Google script is loaded at all and no data reaches them. That only happens after your consent.

• Statistics (Google Analytics): which pages get read and how visitors find the site. IP addresses are truncated.
• Advertising (Google Ads): measuring which ad leads to an enquiry.

Withdrawing your consent

At the bottom of every page you will find "Cookie preferences". There you can change or withdraw your choice at any time, just as easily as you gave it. Declining takes one click, with no detour.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Request which data we hold about you
• Have it corrected if something is wrong
• Have it erased
• Object to the processing
• Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be)
