What it costs, on one page
Guide prices, not quotes on request. They filter out anyone who is not ready anyway, and they tell you straight away whether we are in the same ballpark.
How it usually starts
A half-day audit
I spend half a day watching how you work and write down what happens now, how much time goes into it and what there is to gain. You get a report with a price in it. If you build afterwards, this amount comes off.
€950
What the rest costs
The struck-through amounts are guide prices. They depend on how much has to be built — which is why it says the price is negotiable.
All at once or spread
Alongside the fixed start-up price there is a spread option: a lower amount at the start and a monthly fee over three years. That costs a little more in total, but keeps your money in the business when you need it.
Fixed price, no hourly billing
You get an amount for an agreed scope. If the work runs over within that scope, that is my problem and not yours. If you want something extra along the way, we agree on that separately before I start.
All amounts exclude VAT. Maintenance and hosting start from €250 per month and come standard with every project.
